At GAIA Gems, every gemstone is prepared with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you safely, securely, and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom jewelry and made-to-order pieces may take longer; timelines will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Please note: custom jewelry takes 45–60 days to create, and shipping costs for these pieces are charged separately.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Australia (Domestic): Free standard shipping on all orders. Express options available at checkout.

International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 7–14 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on destination & customs)

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

 

Packaging & Security

All gemstones are shipped in discreet, secure packaging with protective layers to prevent damage.

Every Gem that has a certification will be shipped with certification documents.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as required by your country’s import regulations. Any such charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility to pay upon delivery.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, courier strikes, or events beyond our control. If such a delay occurs, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
