Kathleen Kaplin has dedicated her life to creating healing jewellery so that people can love the beauty of their piece while enjoying its healing properties.  Through her jewellery she is sending her signal out to the world to connect with soul mates and to help form a planetary grid which will assist in the shifting of humanity’s consciousness.

Gaia Gems was first established in 2005. The idea for Gaia Gems evolved from Kathleen’s life-long interest in the study of the varying origins and properties of semi-precious gemstones, and tuning into their unique energies. The name Gaia Gems came from her fascination with all things that come from mother earth. “Gaia meaning earth”.

Every stone in Kathleen’s jewellery collection is hand-selected and is intuitively designed into powerful pieces.

“My love of gemstones and the mineral kingdom goes way back through many lifetimes.  As a child in this lifetime I lived on a farm and used to sit in awe and admire everything that came from mother earth and I loved to play with any kind of rocks.  Whenever I felt lonely I would sit and focus into the earth with different rocks, and would be taken into another time frame where I would connect to my ancient knowledge.”

When I sell one of my gem creations to a customer I feel truly blessed that someone has taken their next step in their evolution.    That their whole lives will begin to turn around and beautiful things will start happening to them.  I love the way each unique gem heals the wearer in a specific way. 

Every piece is masterfully hand crafted by skilled silversmiths who take many hours to bring these beautiful specimens to you. I am deeply grateful to them for all their time and effort.

All my pendants are ‘one-offs’ and therefore you can be assured that your piece is unique.
